I'm sitting there after hockey, bullshitting with the "older" (33+) guys after hockey, when they start to talk about their girls playing hockey. So the one guy says "Yeah, my girl was born in '97, so she has another year of initiation hockey to go." 1997!? If anyone that was born in 1981 like me doesn't feel old by hearing this, you're a better man/woman than me. I've never felt so old at age 21 in my entire life. 1997. We were driving before this girl, who is old enough to play hockey, was born. Wow.
